- Patrick Wong is a Chartered Accountant
and has been a partner of the accounting firm established
since 1983, specializing in tax and business consulting services.
In 1999, after three years as commissioner, he was the Fraser
River Port Authority chair until he became a Member of Legislative
Assembly. While living in Hong Kong from 1965 to 1974, Mr.
Wong worked in the Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation's
export and international trade department, with the Hong Kong
Housing Authority (social housing department responsible for
the low income residents), and as assistant manager of a stock
brokerage firm.
Mr. Wong's professional activities have included serving as
vice-chair of the Vancouver Board of Trade's Economic Development
Committee and council member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of BC. He received community service award from
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC. His community
activities included: Canadian Liver Foundation's Asian Development
Committee senior advisor; Canadian Chinese Business Development
Association founding advisor (1984-2001); Vancouver Chinatown
Merchants Association advisor (1983-2001); Celebrating the
Year of Older Persons Committee chair (1999-2000); Vancouver-Kensington
Chinese Seniors Club advisor; Victoria Drive Business Association
president. Presently, Mr. Wong is the Director of Asia Pacific
Foundation of Canada, a Member of China/HK Marketing Committee,
Asia Pacific Trade Secretariat of Ministry of Economic Development,
B.C. Government, a member of Premier’s Chinese Community Advisory
Committee, Premier Office, B.C. Government.
He was elected in 2001 to represent the riding of Vancouver
- Kensington. He has served as a member of the Legislative
Select Standing Committees on Crown Corporations and Public
Accounts, Finance, and the Government Caucus Committee on
Education. Patrick Wong was appointed Minister of State for
Immigration and Multicultural Services in September, 2004.
He has also chaired the Government Caucus' Asia Economic Development
Committee.

- James Robinson is a founding partner of
the company with over 35 years in professional accounting
consulting and services. His expertise is in the areas of
Tax Planning, Estate Planning and Corporate and Personal Accounting.

- Wilfred Ng is a Certified General Accountant in Canada and a CPA in Hong Kong. He has over 20 years experience in financial accounting and internal audit. His expertise is in the areas of personal and corporate accounting including preparation of financials for public companies.

CGA
- Wendy Yip is a Certified General Accountant
with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Her expertise
includes Corporate and Personal taxation and has been practicing
for over 20 years.
- Kitty Chan, MA,
CSIC, CAPIC
- Kitty Chan is a registered member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), and Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). She has lived in United Kingdon, completing her undergraduate education in Business Studies and Master Degree in Management Systems at the University of Hull. She is also a graduate of Immigration Law Program with the University of British Columbia.
Ms. Chan has solid human resources management experience with US multinational companies, IBM and AT&T Asia Pacific Headquarter in Hong Kong in areas of recruitment, compensation and benefit policies and programs. She worked with BC Provincial Government Member of Legislative Assembly's office bewteen 2001-2005.
Ms. Chan is specialized in business immigration and Provincial Nominee Program, and well versed with skilled worker, family class, and international student programs. She has been a community co-ordinator and organizer for many businesses, non-profit and community events in Vancouver.
- Elena Agala, BSc.
- Elena Agala, our Business Consultant, is a self-motivated, highly resourceful Business and Event Management professional with a strong commitment and involvement in the community. Ms. Agala graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, with continuing education in Small Business Management, Personnel Management, Leadership Skills and Computer Operation. She was the Operations Manager of All Care Medical Products in Vancouver, also formerly the fundraiser and project owner of Wilson Place Adult Care Facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is also a recipient of an achievement award from her hometown in the Philippines in a ceremony attended by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to recognize her community contribution and outstanding achievement as an overseas citizen.
She is a community activist as Founder and President of Victoria Drive Business Association (1997-2001), President of Philippine Canada Trade Council (2000-2001), Executive Director of ASEAN Trade Fair and Business Forum (2005) and Advisor of Southeast Asia Canada Business Council (2005-present), Business Consultant of Junior Achievement of BC “Youth Leadership”, and committee member of Ethnics Business Committee and Marco Polo Project and a Steering Committee Member of President’s Dinner and Auction of Richmond Chamber of Commerce (1995-1999). Ms. Agala was also Director of numerous business and community organizations namely Richmond Sunrise Rotary Club, Rotary World Help Network, Richmond Community Centre Association, South Vancouver Community Policing Centre and Vancouver Multicultural Society.
Her expertise is in consultative sales and strategic marketing, teambuilding, human resources recruitment and finding viable business and human resources solutions to small and medium sized profit and non-profit organization. Ms. Agala works with accredited personnel agency overseas who are able to supply quality skilled workers to meet local industry needs.
